At The Youth & Family Institute, our mission is to help strengthen congregations, families and individuals by equipping them to live a vibrant faith in Jesus Christ.

How do we accomplish this?

• The Youth & Family Institute offers Vibrant Faith Ministries training designed to inspire, energize and equip congregational leaders, parents, pastors, youth workers and other caring Christian adults.  

• Faith practices for congregations and families are deeply embedded through our Coaching process. We help congregations “move their ministry to the next level” in passing on vibrant faith from generation to generation.

• Additionally, we offer a variety of educational training events including:

After attending one of our events, church leaders are well-equipped for effective evangelism, discipleship and outreach.  

• Our Resources help parents, grandparents, caring adults, congregational leaders, pastors and professional staff pass on a vibrant faith. They serve as practical tools to make your faith journey real, relevant and renewing!
